Our Founder

Mr Lupe, As everybody knows him in the region, has dedicate his entire life to the field and Mezcal production, he started as a Little child at the age of 5 working hand by hand with his grandfather and dad in the field and distillery in a traditional true artisanal way, from which he learned the beautiful art of making Mezcal.
As he grew up he continueworking with all his family and community producing the best Mezcal in the region putting all his passion and heart as his ancestors offering the aromas and flavors from their people to the world.

Guadalupe Castro Castro is from Mezquital del Oro Municipality belonging to the State of Zacatecas, Master Mezcalero.
